What is your Refund Policy?

All of our products are 100% guaranteed to do what they are manufactured to do. If a product is faulty, we will replace it for you free of charge.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Ink & Toner orders will be despatched within 24 hours by Express Overnight Courier. Stationery and Office product orders will be despatched with 48 hours by Express Overnight Courier. Please contact us with regard to Print Timeframes as these vary from job to job – we will however do everything possible to get your order to you within your required timeframes.

How much is freight?

Orders of Ink and Office Products over $50.00 will be sent freight free Australia Wide. Orders under $50.00 will incur $4.95 freight. Freight on Print Solutions will be determined on a case by case basis.

Can I collect my order to save on freight?

Absolutely – you will be given the option to collect your order in-store as part of the online checkout process. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
